Very clean, staff very friendly and above all very modern

absolutely disorganized extremely long waiting time because of two double cheeseburgers and a couple of chicken mcnuggets that Chris is ridiculous and something should be fast food

Unfortunately not quite up to the onslaught in speed. Perhaps the solution for pick-up on foot and drive in pick-up was not the best option. Drive in collection temporarily blocked the roundabout. Otherwise everything is fine.

MC Drive, safe from my point of view

Mc‘s is no longer worth it, the prices have become more expensive and to be full you have to spend an average of € 12. I prefer to get kebab three times ? then I am all day better than being full for an hour at mc‘s.

Weak imagination. You can prepare food with more heart.

Once again, it's at the drive in. Less in the bag than you paid for and ordered. Never again.!

Extremely slow service. Justice few customers in the morning, but still waiting times like at peak hours. Four girls in the kitchen chatting without serving customers is just bad business.

Once again we were greeted by the extremely friendly and competent employee with longer hair. He greeted us, assigned us a table and within 5 minutes we had a warm meal on the table. That's how you want service, that's what I call employees! We'd love to come back ?☺️

The quality of the food was okay, but unfortunately the staff was totally understaffed, so hygiene and Cleanliness falls by the wayside

Located directly on the A3 and I always like to use it as a break. Clean and well managed then you feel comfortable here, for an MC Donalds. We are happy to start or end our hikes in the Siebengebierge here.

It took a long time to prepare. A straw was given out for two drinks. When asked for a second straw, I was approached very briskly that the corona would be. Didn't quite understand what that has to do with a second straw ... You can't count to 7 here either. I was definitely the first and last time here.

The woman working the lobby was so nice. She helped me in English and got me cold brew coffee. It wasn’t on the touchscreen. But it should be. Easy access of the freeway.

I am very disappointed. When I bought my little brother and me a Mc Flurry with lion, chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce today and paid about 3.60 € it was just a classic Mc sundai with chocolate sauce in the end. I was actually looking forward to a lion ice cream, which was unfortunately not possible.

Since I drive the A3 almost every day and stop there often, I have to say that it is one of the best McDonalds I know. Always had very fresh and hot burgers, the ice cream machine was never broken when I was there. The only thing that could possibly be criticized is the small parking lot. This is often simply full at peak times ... but no reason to give one star less! :)

food was cold incomplete drinks were missing straws coffee was cold and lacked milk and sugar and kids menu was missing the ice cream and the toy staff had an incredible laugh

Ordered burger without bacon. Burger got the label "without bacon" but it was still bacon on the burger

Dirty toilets, full bins and received the wrong order twice. In addition, there was only a gift at the Happy Meals after checking at the till.

You give your children pleasure and you know what you will get ... always a pass but no more than that.

Action! Only today! 50% of the ice-cream for the full price! Hurry up!

Big Mac was a bit cold, other burgers and fries perfect.

We came on 15 Jan at 12:15 during lunch. Manager is awesome guy!!!! Solved all our problematic order even we didn't speak German!!! Thank you guys!!! First time in mikidi I got served lipton without ice as I ordered!!!

Good internet, food, service, short waiting time and clean restrooms.

Cold food, mucky tables, no toilet paper. Just about everything was wrong about our experience here today.

Just a quick bite to eat on the way to Munich. The food was as expected from a McDonalds and served quickly. No complaints and no hesitations in visiting them again.

Food is standard. Staff were impersonal. Could be friendlier.

Another McCafé that respects itself with a proper espresso machine and that’s how I like it . The cafe was one of the better ones I got in McDonald’s and I would definitely pass by again if It will be on my way ...

Hit or miss place. Ill be generous to give 4/5 but a solid 4 at best. Sometimes they are very sloppy and the attitude is lazy and frustrating. No problems with the food so far (13 times been there), hygene is ok,has a restroom,can pay with cards.McCafe has delicious chocolate cake(recommend) and others.

Your standard McDonald's restaurant, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great place for a pitstop alongside the A3. The food is of course your standard McDonald's but the staff make the difference. I definitely recommend if you need to stop along the way.
